One Reason For Alberta Sovereignty

Adrian Monck, managing director of the World Economic Forum, addressed Canada through the CBC last week to say that the World Economic Forum (WEF) does not prescribe policy but rather acts as a forum for the exchange of ideas.

Mr. Monck made the trip from Switzerland to convince Canadians and the Canadian government that the WEF was not influencing Canadian politics, has no agenda and that the Canadian government has not been 'infiltrated' by members of parliament who promote his 'non-existent' agendas. (LINK)

Monck argues that politicians espousing those theories should ask themselves whether they're spreading disinformation coming from 'bad actors';

"Canada should be talking about a lot of things right now. It shouldn't really be talking about the World Economic Forum based here in Geneva...You know, there are bigger issues, really, for it to be thinking about."

Apparently I am not the only 'conspiracy theorist' who sees the WEF influence in the current destruction of the Canadian economy, energy and food industries nor am I the only one to read the list of Canadian government personnel attending the WEF Davos meetings (see end of this post for 2022 list). In February of this year, Conservative MP Colin Carrie was accused of spreading 'disinformation' by the NPD when Mr. Carrie complained before the house that the WEF had "penetrated more than half of Canada's cabinet,"

Yet Mr. Carrie was only repeating what the founder and director of the WEF has said himself;
I have to say, when I mention now names, like Mrs. (Angela) Merkel and even Vladimir Putin, and so on, they all have been Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. But what we are very proud of now is the young generation, like Prime Minister [Justin] Trudeau, the President of Argentina and so on.

We penetrate the cabinets. So yesterday I was at a reception for Prime Minister Trudeau and I know that half of his cabinet, or even more than half of his cabinet, are actually Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. (…) It’s true in Argentina and it’s true in France, with the President – a Young Global Leader.

So where do Monck and the NDP get permission to lie directly to Canadians and the Canadian government? It couldn't be from our dear leader Justin, could it?

Fortunately Mr. Carrie is not the only Canadian to know just how far WEF influence has gone to steer Canada down the wrong path. Two weeks ago Conservative leadership candidate Pierre Poilievre told a crowd of applauding supporters that, as prime minister, he would ban cabinet ministers from attending "that big fancy conference of billionaires with the World Economic Forum" and promised their removal from cabinet if they went anyway.

Poilievre told the CBC that the annual WEF meeting in Davos "...is a hypocritical gathering of billionaires, multinationals and powerful politicians who lecture working class people to stop buying gasoline."

"There is no apparent benefit to Canadians in being involved in it. Canadian taxpayers should not need to pay to send government leaders to attend such a meeting...Rather, ministers should put their full attention to serving everyday people in Canadian communities."

Danielle Smith, an outspoken candidate for leadership of Alberta's United Conservative Party has also criticized the WEF. She described it as a group of "anti-democratic elites" who have been attacking Alberta for years and want Canadians to "own nothing and be happy." (LINK)

To defend his lies Mr. Monck doubled down by saying that anyone who does not believe him is 'antisemitic'. Wow. Just, Wow.

Monck is playing the victim and complains that during the pandemic, the WEF became aware that it was being targeted by state-sponsored disinformation campaigns. He said the false conspiracy theory about the WEF pursuing a 'new world order' borrows its structure from old antisemitic claims about a Jewish plan for global domination.

"Sadly, Canada was one of those places where ... there's a vulnerability to disinformation. It's an open society. And ... that particular strand of disinformation went into the mainstream."

Monck is telling Canadians that conspiracy theories about the "great reset" and the WEF are being driven by disinformation agents and politicians should consider where these theories are coming from before espousing them;

"I admire anyone who makes the decision to devote their lives to public life," he said. "It's not an easy road, but I do think politicians of every single stamp need to look very hard at the language that they use and where some of this stuff comes from, and if it's coming from a space of ... disinformation and in particular antisemitism. I think they need to have a very hard look at themselves and a very hard look in the mirror." (LINK)

I've looked in the mirror Mr. Monck and I see someone intelligent enough to read your own damn publications and who is not afraid to call you a bald-face lair. Perhaps it is you who should look deep inside yourself to see if any soul remains within, or if Satan has already collected his dues.

For those of you who wonder why the CBC or any other news media has failed to fully explain the WEF, the United Nations or their relationship with the Canadian government to you then I offer this example (LINK) of how the news today must only contain one side of a story.

Alberta Sovereignty is sounding like a very, very good idea and I pray that Ms. Smith is able to direct the Alberta UCP to that end.
Thank You!
Ted
